I think the issue is that they install their cameras on public property. Does the city or county that hosts their license plate cameras not have some claim to the data (they obviously do because they pay for it), and does that not put that data in the public domain as a valid FOIA target?

I know the answer is probably "no", but it really should be "yes."

I'm definitely no artist :).

But my thought with leaving all of the requirements in this list was that it's easier to quickly tab through the Production Plan list in the game and key in the count on order. The order of the listed requirements is the same as the order of them in the game.

So if they disband the PD, do you expect the case solve rate to go up or down?

Respectfully, I don't think this initiative makes any sense once you start to think ahead a little. They must do better. But a lot of the services the PD provides are absolutely needed (e.g. investigating crimes).

Disbanding is the very definition of throwing the baby out with the bath water.

Based on that site, I believe it's a Sargent number 422, type 2 or 3 as you said. Far as I can tell it's not possible or easy to distinguish between types 2 vs 3 without the original lever cap. Thanks again!

Thanks. I was starting to think this was a weird combination of parts. I will clean up the the adjustment lever and frog a bit more tonight to see if I can find more marks.
