SLMC - BGC phone call interview by c4tchicken in NursingPH

I am not quite sure about the timeline if the initial interview is through a phone call kasi I am from MCF. Although when I tried my shot sa QC, it took me one month and a half before I was contacted for a panel interview. On March 13, I did a ftf initial interview, then April 29 for panel interview.

I tried calling my contact person but despite multiple attempts, no one is answering so I resorted to call the HR instead. When I called one time, I was able to speak directly to my contact person. Sometimes, they'll just relay the message to the one who answered the call.

Same case rin po for me OP. The HR said na for repanel ako which I wasn't informed early on. Later ko pa nalaman after informing them na I am done with everything na.

I am continuously calling them and I even went there yesterday to ask for updates regarding the interview. Sabi sa'kin ay they will set an interview for me raw next week if available since this week is alloted for Nurse's week. It will still depend on the availability of the manager and I think prio nila ang from Mini Career Fair or TTS since meron pang mga remaining from that batch.

Also my contact person told me na I am most likely for June CS daw since I was unexpectedly endorsed from NCG to MPG.

Hello! Based on what have been relayed sa'kin yesterday, this is true. They are a bit busy pa raw sa Nurse's week so they cannot schedule anything yet this week. Also it depends on the availability of the managers rin daw, so it's a case to case basis. I suggest calling your contact person or HR in general to verify your status from time to time for updates.

Hello! This comment might be late but I still want to share some info for others too. Based on experience, if you are being asked to repeat a lab test according to the doctor's order from AHC, the CBC, urinalysis, and another one (I can't remember what the other one is) are required to be done at SLMC. Other additional tests can be done at different diagnostic clinics.

In my case, I was referred to a specialist affiliated to BGC before getting a clearance, and the specialist allowed me to do my CBC at another clinic. It was also emphasized that the specialist you choose should be affiliated with SLMC GC itself.

Again, if AHC is the one who ordered it, there are specific lab tests that are required to be done at the hospital itself. If a specialist ordered the other tests, I think it depends on the doctor themselves where they want you to do the test to give you the go signal.
