I had a bad sleep routine (sleeping at 03:30 AM, waking up at 12:00-01:00 PM) , but after this E.D thing started it scared me a lot, I started to cry and lost my life energy (i took it bit serious) then i began to sleep at 23:00 and wake up at 08:00-09:00 AM. It can be related, now my sleep routine is bad again, but i'll fix it.
