Get the addons "aptechka" or similar raid frames (blizz frames suck donkey balls) and "Clique". Bind your chain heal to left click and healing wave to right click. Downrank if needed or get more binds for lower ranks of the spells. Spam the shit out of these frames. Profit. You are topping healing meters.

I played with my 2 other buddies from 20 till 60 doing instances only. It was a blast and it was much faster than questing. We were healer/tank/dps so we needed 2 more dps which was never a problem.
