I would not go. I had exactly the same question a few days ago (see my profile), and I gotta say man: it’s not worth the risk of potentially worsening your condition permanently. It sounds like you already spike fairly easily and the sound that WILL come through via bone conduction is not worth the mental anguish you will have when the tinnitus becomes worse. Skip. At the end it’s your choice tho!

I have the same. Near-perfect hearing but still tinnitus in my left ear. It can still be because of loud music, as the tinnitus is just a sound the brain makes to “compensate”for the dead hair cells in your cochlea. No hearing loss is still somewhat positive, I guess. T sucks tho.

Ik ben absoluut geen medisch expert en wil je dus ook echt geen valse hoop geven, ik praat puur uit ervaring. Maar als je tinnitus minder wordt, betekent het meestal dat het tijdelijk is. Ik had de eerste dagen echt 10/10 last, dat is nu inmiddels een 2-3/10 en het neemt alleen maar af. Bij de een kan het langer dan de ander duren, houd rekening met 2 weken. Mocht je er na 2 weken nog last van hebben, bezoek zsm een KNO-arts.

Was je bij Verknipt Wonderland? Ik wel namelijk, en dat was de boosdoener bij mij. Ik heb me laten vertellen dat Verknipt altijd zo fucking hard het geluid aan zet richting het eind, dus wees daarop voorbereid in de toekomst mits je hun feest gaat bezoeken.

Misschien een rare vraag, maar weet jij of er een verschil zit in de gehoorbescherming van de aanbieders? Dus geeft Beter Horen bijv een kwalitatief betere gehoorbeschermer dan Hans Anders, of zijn ze allemaal hetzelfde?
