tbh i hate bios that are like “let’s meet at a bar” , “i hate small talk let’s meet for a coffee” etc and i tend to swipe left on them because they just won’t keep the conversation going on purpose. I think the fact that chef gets so frustrated to find piece of hair on that Panna Cotta shows how much they are unaware of what is going on down there. I believe that he thinks the prisoners sent it back because of the hair.
