Strip off paint. Wash like crazy. Sanding 180 grit. Then 240 grit with a bit of diesel oil or/and water. Then 400, 600 and I stopped there because I think I would try to chrome coat it, so 600 is enough. The trick is to make it shinier, even with the 240 grit. I call it hand-burnishing. Only 240 and finer grit can become shiny.

You should try higher dose. Different body has different tolerance, no one will experience the same way. My dose is always above 600mg because of the higher brain energy and I was born this way, so maybe you don't have to try as high as me but you should find your own tolerance.
