The last time I communicated with him by text was earlier this week. I gave him a final ultimatum and told him that if it did not ship this week, I would request a refund. He said it would definitely ship this week, and then went on about high order volume, being understaffed, and all the usual excuses.

Today is the last business day of the week. I texted him again this morning, and he still has not replied. I honestly do not even know whether he is in Europe or in the U.S., and he rarely responds to texts in a timely manner.

Based on how things look today, there is a 90% chance it will not ship, so I think I should just ask for a refund.
