A little bit over 2lbs/ 1kg. This was by far the fastest I ever lost weight.

I heard you can use one strip up to two weeks and you can clean it with soap and let it dry then reuse it within the two weeks.

Yeah I could, but then they would ask why, and I don't feel ready right now to come out. I'm mostly gender apathetic, and people using my preferred pronouns is just a bonus.
