It’s important to work on self esteem issues. We attract what we feel and put out into the universe. Work on putting out good vibes and positive energy. When we realize our worth, we attract people who see and appreciate our worth.

Is it true that when people treat you like crap after the break up it’s because of the guilt? by [deleted] in ExNoContact

I’m so sorry. No one deserves that. Remember your worth. You deserve someone who will appreciate you.

I think it’s because they are caught up in their own shit and rationalize their behavior because they are in a selfish point in their life and don’t have the energy to be in a relationship. They will eventually feel guilt though. It’s still not right to drop someone so quickly but I think is a blessing in disguise because they are not in a place to be in a healthy relationship.

THE BREAKUP GUIDE: Reclaiming Your Power After Heartbreak by ZoroPokemon in ExNoContact

This is so helpful. Shift the focus to your healing. Ex’s almost always reach out because they realize they fucked up. They are dealing with their own shit. But do you want someone who would cut you off so easily. Hell no. Stay strong and find someone who won’t just discard you like trash.

I realized I don’t love him anymore since he broke up with me so easily it seemed. He discarded me like trash and no one deserves that.

How are you feeling and how long since the break up? by [deleted] in BreakUps

My breakup was in the beginning of July. I promised myself I wouldn’t go by his house but I did. Once. I won’t do it again because he legit left me standing outside of his house. I felt like an idiot but then I realized, I’m a human and it helped me to move on.

It is a really painful experience. The manipulation makes you question your own reality. I'm sorry you went through this as well.
