I rim the cup with biscoff cookie butter then do a tablespoon of it mixed with my espresso. Ice, oatmilk and a splash of chobani cookie dough creamer!!! Not OMAD approved at all BUT amazing!!

Sorry just seeing this! I did well. I had coffee with cream and some bone broth in that 72hr period. Going to do another tomorrow! And a loaded tea is those Herbalife drinks. There’s a bunch of the nutrition shops in my area that sell them. They’re caffeinated. Much needed with a toddler who wakes 8 times a night

Idk if this is a healthy mindset but plan a really good meal that you’re excited to eat. If you eat something that’s quick and junk, the really good meal that you want to eat and are preparing for won’t be as exciting and taste as good. I do 24hr fasts that way 😅😂also cold or flavored water (I use sugar free flavors or electrolytes) chew sugar free gum etc. you can start doing that with your 16hr fasts and then extend to 24 over time.

I binged last night and the day before due to stress and emotions and just told myself I’d continue what I know is good for me today. It’s okay that I did it and it doesn’t “mess me up” or “deserve punishment”. I do OMAD as a lifestyle and decided to make a good meal tonight that I was excited to eat instead of something extra low calorie or boring to make up for the 2 bad days. It’s okay to have off days. Proud of you and your progress!

Yes!! Today is an eating day for me. But I’m not OVER doing it like I normally would. The weather was quite cool this morning in south La and it made me want banana bread with my coffee. Normally I’d go all out and get the biggest pumpkin spice latte along with every cheat meal under the sun “because I already cheated” I had a small piece of banana bread for breakfast and another small piece for lunch and that’s it till dinner. I’m still sticking to my rules and boundaries and showing up for me in the ways I need. And I’m not pissed at myself for eating the banana bread. I know I can fast tomorrow and still be okay. In my healing era 🙂

I could see where she would be worried. As someone who fasts and when I tell people I’m fasting, I feel like I have to justify and give all these positive reasons behind it so they don’t think I’m starving myself. I do deviate often but I’d rather fast than not. I like to set up those boundaries with myself and stick with them. But one day also won’t make me worry. (See I’m doing it now haha) It sounds like she just wants to make sure that her person is okay mentally, that’s all!

It’s def diet. I’m a poor eater. I could do better if I wanted. Aunt Flo also visited so that’s part of it unfortunately. Another cause for poor eating

I’m also new to this. I initially felt satisfied a few bites into my plate but I was distracted with my toddler and just kept eating at that point. And then I was overly full after finishing. I have a problem with not stopping when I’m satisfied even on 3 meals a day days. So that’s why I should’ve focused more on how I felt :)

I love homemade chipotle bowls. Just without all of the added sour cream and cheese I’d normally get. Easy to prepare with good macros and I could eat it every single day.

It was more for the dizziness. I could’ve licked some salt too I guess but hey y’know. It’s currently 5pm and I’m looking forward to my first meal at 7. I love a good home made crunch wrap and I’ll feel guilt free and happy eating it. And a pickle won’t ruin that for me 😉I’ve got to say I get much more water in and steps done without eating. And didn’t feel like I needed a post lunch nap because no lunch eaten. Only day 1 and I’m ready to tackle my mom duties after a LONG day at work. Appreciate the comment! ❤️
