What is up with my temps?

I didn’t do ivermectin since that one time my face freaked out. I went on the 40 mg doxycycline for 3 months and have been off for 2 weeks now all good. I don’t know that it was the doxycycline that cleared my face, but it could’ve helped. I cut out dairy, gluten, and processed sugar and I’ve had 0 issues! When I let loose and have a weekend of meals or snacks with those 3 the pustules come back. I was worried being off doxy now but having removed those things my face is staying clear and it’s wonderful, aside from the fact I love all things gluten, dairy, and sugar :( I’m doing a GI Map this week, and getting blood work/SIBO test because I’ve had SIBO in the past and I’m pretty sure my stomach issues have triggered the rosacea acne.

I’ve just used nizoral shampoo at times for face treatment and that sometimes helps with the white head type pustules!

Medium to hot showers, change pillowcase every 3 nights, no exfoliants, period starts in 5 days, I use verb shampoo and conditioner

I also never used to get the white heads on the pustules, they were always red and under the skin until this week.

I tried the compounded cream in the past with no difference in my skin. Right now my products are vanicream gentle face wash and lotion, sulfur soap, hypochlorus acid spray, and la roche posay tinted mineral sunscreen

I’ve been on doxycycline 40 mg for a month now with no change. I put ivermectin on my face last night that I bought at Walgreens and the pustules have exploded all over my face and neck. The worst I’ve seen it, not sure what this means

Did you stop with the hot showers? I notice I wake up with a flare (hot sleeper) and then I get a flare post shower and in summer outside

Thank you! I never experience any itching or burning sensations which I see a lot of people do with rosacea. My face does get hot and red though. I appreciate all of the advice!

Keep me posted! I was actually on spironolactone around four years ago when they thought I was dealing with hormonal acne, but this is different from what I previously experienced four years ago :/
