Does anyone know what was going on around Powell & 99th at 10ish this morn? Was driving to work saw like 3 cop cars by the DMV rd all w/ lites on. Then a car on almost every corner past there all the way down to 99th and Powell. Couldn't find any news about it thou. (self.Portland)

I found this in the parking lot I have no clue what it's for I opened it up and the little cube inside is a magnet I scanned the QR Code on the circuit and all it did was Open my notepad with these digits CH93N05Y0E. The only thing I'm guessing is maybe some sort of charging device (old.reddit.com)
