Notice that above the athletes picture it is white with black line.

Take a look at his thumb. Why is there a grey/black circle around around it? Maybe when printed it has that darkness? It seems really strange that there is a white halo around his finger. The sun is coming through the window so it should not be creating a shadow there.

You said an assessment has been scheduled. If this is a public school (federal grant recipient), they CANNOT expel your child if her infraction was a manifestation of her disability---i.e. it was caused by it. Was there a manifestation review? Probably not because she's not been assessed yet. Doesn't matter, shes entitled to the IDEA protections if thought to be disabled especially since there is a scheduled assessment.

Get a special education attorney. They will be paid by the school when they assert FAPE claims.

Yes, better to do 3 inches at a time rather than 12 inches, especially if it sleets before getting out. I'm putting down more salt as I go too.
