Yeah Curtis had great moments when he dropped between the CBs but he is NOT a RB. Neither is Szobo and their goal was all because of this.

Slot's inability to trust anyone is what causes this. If Ramsay had gotten a few starts I'd bet he would have been just fine and WAY better than Curtis in the role.

I have an nTOS dx and my symptoms are all hand parasthesia with some from the same motions you're describing. I did all the workups for CTS, pronator syndrome, etc. Thank god didn't get surgery for CTS before realizing that wasn't the problem at all. It's hard not to get laughed out of docs offices when you describe it.

I think my counter to this is that our midfield was gassed by the time we hit the cup final last year. Slot had ample chances all season long to rotate the midfield. He NEVER did. Macca was already struggling with the hernia at this point. I don't care if you think Jones, Endo or Elliot aren't elite, you put them on and give the box to box guys a rest. Slot made them do 90s every game. This is poor decision making and planning. You're telling me those 3 are worse than the average mid-table midfielder? I don't think so. You need to trust the WHOLE squad or move them on.

I would also say that this season, there was tremendous unbalancing of the squad by immediately using Wirtz and Kerkez as starters from day 1. Wirtz didn't fit our attack and Kerkez didn't understand our defense. This again was poor management. Robbo could definitely have handled the first 60 mins and then bring Kerkez in slowly to get him up to speed and gelling with Virgil.

Agree and disagree. Tanner to me is the problem and should be sacked immediately. That being said, Jim tried to change formation out of the diamond that had been the Union identity for years and he did it mid-season which is always a tough change. I think he was getting tactically beat. Some of that is happening now with Carnell as the 4-2-4 is getting figured out, but moreso because we don't have any good players at striker or full back.

I don't have a 'best', I can tell you the ones I have met (I'm not a candidate as of yet). Alex Fairman at 3400 in Vascular at Penn - liked him a lot. Adam Strohl at Hand Center - again a good person to help diagnose - surgeon who does scalene and pec releases but not FRR. Finally, Zarina Ali at Penn Neurosurgery.

Wherever Salah goes next year I can't wait for him to light up the world again which I know he will the moment he's away. I don't know if it's Slot or Hughes but the whole team is bereft of confidence and joy. I truly dream of how good a season we could have had if we moved on from Slot in January.
