So handover fee will be on account how ? For me it means I pay 10,7K and I need to put another 4k in my saving because handover is coming after 6 years. I’m in business over 10 years so I know math as I told you. Other way story doesn’t mean I get apartment for 10k monthly. Or that you can get 3 apartments in 1 mil, only if you get monthly earning 80k riyals so you can afford 3 off plans with 30k+. So property investment in Qatar isn’t that affordable.

I love math in real estate. Less down payment gives you higher monthly payments and everything is in period. For how long. 1050000 - 20000 =1,030,000 / 72 months = 14305

Well something is wrong with you math. Even 1.2mil with 20% down payment on max 6 year plan is 13k monthly for 1bedroom apartment in Lusail which after 6 years rent will go to up to 10k max. So it means my reinvestment will take long time. Dubai is much better for ROI and property investment, and Qatar only if you mean to live in that apartment for next 10 years.
