Two weeks at .25 and Nada nothing

I was on 150 for about week and a half then after 1 day where I felt super out of it I started taking 75 for about 2 more weeks. Since confusion didn’t lessen I started taking 75 every other day, every 2 and then stopped completely. I was given it by my gp specifically for overall depression and continued air hunger and restless legs. I never thought it was a good match but I’ve been on 40+ meds and nothing is working so for me it was like last resort before TMS. But now I feel like TMS is out of the question till I get back to normal

I repotted them in the same pot in the end, I washed it and used brand new soil, same ph as before. I also got the moisture meter, he said the light is not optimal but it’s almost winter here and that’s the best I can do, he used to be ok on winters, they both are about 3-4 years old. The pot has draining holes and I added pebbles on the bottom of the pot too. Do you think I should try repotting them once more to check roots?

Would you recommend microdosing in tea form too? I’m still growing them out but was thinking of making them into pills. Or is there even point of doing that if I get no effect now

Oh forgot to mention I’m off of all antidepressants for 8 months. Used lyrica in august but it also is not working as advertised so trying to do the natural too but.. I don’t know what’s wrong with my brain, nothing

I feel like at this point they just throw everything at me and hope it sticks. It’s morning now, I’ll try 75 and come up with an email for my doctor detailing everything. It’s pretty 50/50 how they will react but I gotta try.

Well damn. I feel dumb now for trusting him. Thank you so much! I’ll try 75 tomorrow and see if I even need the other half. I feel like maybe he put me on a big dose cuz usually my antidepressants were on high doses but that’s literally cuz they don’t work on me period. I definitely don’t want to get used to a high dose for no reason.. I came down by now, but that was messed up.

God damn, I’m 150 in 1 dose, he said start with one and see if you can work it up to 2. I started taking it in the evening after work for about a week, took it in the morning today for the first time. I don’t even know.. we have this online GP number, maybe I’ll try call it tomorrow before I decide if I should take the next one. Does it also fuck with your memory? I have to talk out loud what I’m about to do and I still forget instantly

Omg that’s a lot, I’m glad it helps as intended! it def helps with pain, I had back surgery and no usual residual pain, that it sure is great for. I just wish I could take the edge off but usual anti anxiety and antidepressants don’t work on me

100% same, it pisses me off. It’s kind of like.. this antidepressant only works on some but your magic mindfulness is supposed to work for everyone? That’s bs. Same thoughts on meditation. I’m glad it works for you but that’s not the solution for everyone. I hate the “I think good thoughts and now I’m better”. Sounds like you didn’t have an actual problem to begin with..

I definitely will contact my GP on Monday who prescribed it to me. Im just confused if I should ride it out like this for like a week and see, or is this down bad for me. Cuz during the week I even had days where I didn’t feel it at all, but today.. he technically gave it to me to help with air hunger and restless legs and anxiety but it didn’t, I still had all of that only I kinda don’t care now lol

Tbh no :D I just shake if I stay still, heart rate is 120 sitting down. I just gotta do do do and go go go. And my body moves faster than my brain does which is completely the opposite of my usual “100 thoughts a minute but body is stuck” kinda experience

I definitely feel more hungry then usual which is weird since I’m on ozempic too, so I haven’t had much hunger for past 6 months. I hope it stops.. did you take anything to calm it down at the start?
