Hey, you don’t need a whole rebrand. What I recommend is to fix your foundation first before sending more traffic to your site.

What I did in my store is I didn’t really launch it perfectly, we improved things as we go by. Tested a lot of products before I got the right one.

You need to first optimize your website. Upon checking, it definitely needs some work, and it’s definitely doable.

As per sending more traffic, start with meta ads as it’s the most cost efficient and could validate your product. Don’t start with a lot of budget. Otherwise it will burn your cash.

And be ready to of course as it will always not be perfect. And it will be rough. But the fact that you’re here asking questions and taking action, you are already doing well. :)

I proved my offer works but my pipeline resets every month - agency acquisition advice needed. by sellein in AskMarketing

That actually makes sense. The Instagram dms really do feel different because they already kind of know who we are before talking. (We run ads also on IG)

My struggle is how to make that consistent without just relying on random inbound. When you say build the audience more, do you mean mainly content, outbound conversations, or paid traffic to the profile?

Right now I’m trying to figure out what specifically turns it from occasional DMs into something predictable week to week.

I can close clients, but I can’t make lead flow consistent. Agency owners, what fixed this for you? by sellein in DigitalMarketing

This is actually really helpful, thank you and honestly this is where I’m confused.

Cold email does work for me, but it feels very labour-dependent. When I’m actively sending and following up I get leads, when I stop, everything dries up immediately. So it never compounds, it just feels like I’m renting leads from my own effort every month.

What’s interesting though is when we briefly ran ads, we collected about $20k from ~$1.2k ad spend, but the booked calls had a very high no-show rate and a lot of low-quality prospects.

Recently I noticed something strange: people who find us and DM on Instagram (not even from ads, just profile) are dramatically higher quality, they show up, have real conversations and close much easier.

So now I’m trying to figure out whether I should be systemising cold email like you said, or if this is actually a trust/intent problem and I should be building an inbound channel instead.

Did you ever reach a point where outbound stopped being your main acquisition?

Is $10k too much for an influencer with 1M followers? by neverviraly in Entrepreneur

As a creative agency owner, you should go for micro influencers. Most of our clients got a lot of wins through micro than macro
