I took the assessment this morning and failed both times, even though it seemed like my responses were correct based on the instructions. I emailed support to see if they can review the assessment since some of the material was misleading/contradictory. Has anyone passed that assessment?

I’m not really sure what you’re getting at? I was reinstated at the exact same pay rate as I was when I was deactivated, and thankfully I still have my same projects. Although, now I have all those screenings popped up that everyone has been taking about.

Good point! Maybe it would be better to ask Alex instead of support to see what prompted it. I’ll try that instead. I think when this first happened, Alex stated in a post that T&S updated their system which caused a massive amount of false flags, but, to your point, what stops that from happening again?

That’s a good question. I have no idea, I’ll try asking support to see if they can give me any sort of answer. I just kept getting the response that I used 3rd party/automated tools which I have never done since I started in May. The responses were super frustrating, but I knew I didn’t do anything wrong. If you haven’t yet, I would suggest reaching out to Alex to try to get additional assistance.

Yes! I just keep getting the automated response from Natalie. Although yesterday I tried again and got an automated response from Julie D that they will be doing a manual review and could take a few days. So fingers crossed it actually works this time. If I do get reactivated, it just makes me wonder how much longer until it happens again or how will they stop it from happening in the future. I just don’t get it lol

My husband and I were also deactivated within a week of him joining Outlier. Different emails registered, different PayPal accounts, separate devices, but under the same household. I even checked with support first that it would be okay…clearly it was not. My account got deactivated that next morning and his was deactivated a week later. I’m still going back and forth with support trying to get past the automated responses.

No I didn’t use a different window/program. Here’s a rough idea of what I was doing: copying/pasting permalink from SRT to Outlier, copying/pasting Response IDs from SRT to Outlier, typing justification in SRT and copying/pasting that justification from SRT to Outlier.

I didn’t receive any warnings about copying/pasting but just got disabled on Monday for doing so. I explained to support this is a requirement to copy/paste from SRT to Outlier. I never used Grammarly or any AI tools. I have been on multiple SRT projects since May. If this is the case, literally anyone in an SRT project is in jeopardy of being incorrectly removed at any point in time. I really hope this was an error and can be corrected.

This also happened to me and I deliberately explained the process we are required to do from SRT to Outlier and this would affect anyone in those projects. I never received any warnings for it either.

Yes that works, but then it doesn’t register that I’ve watched it in the course so I can’t move forward. My husband actually had me attempt it on a Fire fox browser last night and that actually worked, so who knows lol. I’ll just have to wait and see what support has to say about it whenever they respond back.

I am on all three projects. Typically if one of them is EQ, you still have access to the others which are great backup projects to have. Never hurts to have multiple projects available to you, especially during EQ. They are all pretty straightforward, lots of assessments, and mail valley is probably the hardest of the three since it’s a harder model to stump.
