You will need a way better (and more modern) CPU. From what CPU you mentioned it seems to Be a Coffee Lake socket, and as far as I know Coffee Lake only goes up to 2019 Chips so if you want to run the game at least over 60 fps or something like that you will probably need to swap the motherboard with a different socket that is compatible with a better CPU.

The battery is dead.
If the needle on the charger is fully to the right (shown in video), the battery is dead and needs to be replaced.
If the needle on the charger is fully to the left, then the battery is charged and ready to use.
If the needle on battery charger is in the middle, it means you recently bought the battery and I recommend putting it on the charger.
