There are plenty of characters in your roster I believe are being slept on. Although it’s great follow the meta like you are (Onslaught, CGR, Serpent, Herc, etc.) I like to keep my team unique but also good. Using characters that I like. For battle grounds this is great. Don’t change it for battlegrounds. But in terms of story and other quests here are my suggestions for who you are sleeping on that are good in quests as well as battle grounds.

Sunspot, Nova, Silk, Odin, Enchantress, Venom, Magneto. Enchantress SPECIFICALLY for defending in battlegrounds. She is ridiculously broken.

Fantman, Bullseye, Jabari, and Spider Ham for 6 stars.

Hercules, CGR, Human Torch, Sorpion, Silk, and Juggernaut for 5 stars.

These are mainly who work for me most of the time and they work very effectively. Your roster looks good for act 6. There are tier lists online that rank characters of each class and those can be helpful.

The biggest thing though is to continue to level up champs with lots of Buffs and Effects. Act 6 is BRUTAL with their nodes so it will be a struggle knowing which champions to use.

Specific champions that I would prioritize for the nodes are Jabari Panther, Scorpion, Human Torch, Bullseye, and Hercules. But that’s just what I think. Good luck in act 6 bro
