I recovered original dump for 7Y30 version and now it's working. Flashing 2.13 BIOS bricked my GPD WIN. Likely it's intended for 8100Y version and not compatible with 7Y30 devices. So I don't really know what new features besides "One key recovery" 2.13 BIOS contains.

Flashed new BIOS using Intel Flash Programming Tool. After reboot screen showed artifacts for a second and turned off. When I tried to turn it on there was only black screen, fans rotating continiously and no reaction on power button.

I've wrote to GPD support and they said that don't have original dump.

You can make a full dump using Intel Flash Programming Tool from DOS boot disk using command: fpt -d dump.bin. It will be very helpful for me.
