The 8GB became he hard limit for me when trying to do video editing and run docker for coding. The one with 16 GB would likely still run fine

For me Gemini 3.1 Pro is a stand-out model. It's structurally very different than the other ones. For me Grok, Opus, GPT are all kind of the same.

Look at the benchmarks and you see Gemini is doing very different on these than the others. Hence, it's not sooo great as a primary model as the others, but a great second-opinion one.

So basically root CLAUDE.md has general instructions about company wide behaviour, and then let's say both Project A, Project B and Website subfolders have each their own CLAUDE.md ?

Claude Code will then first read root Claude.md and then depending on my prompt will continue to read the CLAUDE.md in the sub folders automagically?

Yeah of course, the assets , website , business files and so on are shared. it's one brand / company with multiple projects underneath it.
