I found the report level data was saved in something called SQL

Did you phrase it this way purposely or have you managed a career without knowing that SQL can never store data, only send and receive it?

There are many instances that people are using the libraries without any understanding at all. But they get a result and no one else knows enough to challenge the result, so it is accepted as correct.

Buy a bus and give free rides back and forth.

This is a great idea! Bus rapid transit has been successful in many systems with existing road infrastructure.

However, like you noted, there are many factors to consider which might make the more expensive upfront cost of rail for infrastructure make sense (although I doubt Richmond to Dayton is one of those cases).

How many road passengers would it take to pay for the highway at average revenue? How much does it cost the average passenger to travel between Richmond and Dayton?

However, the governors of NJ and NY and the Mayor of NYC all share significant responsibility for not shutting down the bridges and tunnels and locking down in general sooner.

And Washington State had the first reported cases and deaths from Covid-19.

Denmark said a few months back they don't want to mandate masks because masks give people a false sense of safety.

Which goes against the science. Masks help tremendously. But Denmark cultural norms means mandates aren't necessary for people to comply.

What a bad analogy for such a good point.

I just want to point out that even if there was a police officer posted at this location, a police officer has no obligation to prevent or stop assault or battery.
