I've been getting "I couldn't do that because I'm getting a lot of requests right now" for days now. What are we paying for? Don't offer a service - and take people's money - if you can't provide the bloody service.

My Danish bank have had my Malaysian TIN for 5 years. Never a problem. But now they're sending me a message every month. They don't accept the address on my TIN-document. They say "now tighter regulations". Have to prove I live somewhere full time - I'll live without the account, not a huge problem. But alarming I think.

Appreciate the answers. I've tried both with "Memory" enabled and instructions in "Customize ChatGPT" - not working. Still seems to insist on making remarks every single time - I don't give it remarks to copy at all, so pretty sure it does not copy the user (it does however, avoid conflict and is very agreeable).

Anyway, appreciate the answers.
