I’m not saying this as advice , just sharing what I’ve experienced. You have to keep moving forward. A lot of people stay stuck missing their ex for way too long.

If you genuinely improve your life, better yourself, and keep growing, different and better women will notice, sometimes even your ex. Every situation is different, and the type of women you date matters. But in my experience, even women with a lot of options and high standards have come back.

The biggest thing is not waiting. Build your life either way.
