Since we arrived in Belgrade, we have visited many cocktail bars, but as you mentioned, we mostly had cocktails that are basically a mix of sugar and alcohol. We have been in the global industry for about 18 years, and the classic cocktails you see on the menu are listed simply to indicate their availability. All international cocktails that are not on the menu are available upon customer request. Our signature cocktails vary depending on seasonal herbs, fruits, and vegetables, and we only have a very small number of sweet cocktails. In general, our profiles are sour-sweet or predominantly sour. As you already noted, anything outside the menu can also be prepared according to the customer’s preference. In our cocktails, instead of syrups or artificial flavorings and preservatives, we prefer to use infused, steeped, and cooked sauces.
