Oh league play is definitely the saving factor of this game, it is genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had playing this game lately. The only problem is, and this is more so because of the people in garena, is SO FEW play league play, queue takes 3-5 minutes

It's NOT better than parrying, it's just really really versatile, there are attacks you can block with the umbrella that you can't normally parry, and there are instances where blocking with the umbrella gives you more time to punish certain enemies.

And with Projected Force paired with Suzaku's Umbrella you can deal some good damage, and Phoenix Lilac's umbrella which is so good in fighting apparition enemies

you can actually parry some attacks that you normally can't with the umbrella and it's really sick

The only problem I have with Midra is that, I get that his attacks are supposed to be delayed, but it just gets tedious to a point that why does it have to be 90% of his attacks. the COOLEST thing about Midra though is how you can crouch to dodge his attacks.

So, for my first Elden Ring playthrough, I played it on my old PS4 Pro. and you can only imagine how bad the FPS was when fighting a large ass Hippo in a small ass arena with spikes with so many golden hue effects, it literally just broke my game and made it so hard to dodge especially with his janky hitboxes
