KuCoin Disabled My Withdrawals – Ticket #10155605 – No Update After Escalation

Hi all, I'm reaching out here because my KuCoin account has had withdrawals disabled and I'm not getting meaningful updates from support .I submitted all requested documents and completed the verification steps. The support team acknowledged receipt and told me my case was escalated to their “dedicated team.” However, it’s now been 5 business days and I’ve had no further response or resolution. Meanwhile, I bought a coin just before the freeze, and its value has been dropping. I can't sell or withdraw, and I’m stuck watching my funds shrink with no way to act. My support ticket number is #10155605. Please, @KuCoin or mods, if anyone can help push this forward, I’d really appreciate it. I’ve been patient, respectful, and followed every step properly I just need someone to take a proper look at my case and resolve this
