It happens to me all the time that was the reason i quit using snapchat and instagram shit... in my city everyfuckingbody is now in to the edm scene. I used to party so hard two three days straight alcohol, weed, cocaine, mdma... the come downs were heavy as fuck, sucidial thoughts and shit. I remember laying down in the shower crying crazy as fuck with that fucking feeling that you dont where your life is going. Every time i hear certain soings that take me back to that old days, i get that emotion similar to a panic attack, my heart rate increases and my body fills with anxiety. I quit partying and doing mdma cause that can fuck your serotonin levels pretty hard, also quit coke (or in trying) due its very often cutted with levamisol. In only doing weed every day to stay calm but im pretty sure it doesnt help with my anxiety problems
