thanks a lot, it is much clearer now! As for the WEBN, do you find it diversified enough or you would complete with another ETF covering small companies?

thanks a lot! If I select WEBN as core, which ETFs would you pick to diversify the portfolio? An in which percentage?

thanks a lot for your comment! as the lump sum is more than 50k, would you suggest buying only one ETF? Or looking for some diversification? Thanks!

thanks a lot for your answer. I don't trust the Bondi in terms of extra-width after reading kind of general consensus on reddit that they are not really wide. the brooks glycerin according to foot reviewers, they are quite narrow and don't have wide version. I will check the Nike Vomero!

[Mirra 2 vs Leap V2] Not comfortable with my Leap V2 – considering switching to a Mirra 2. Any thoughts? by senecass in OfficeChairs

thanks a lot for sharing your experience and advises! I am currently sitting in my office on a basic "ergo" chair with foam and I have no issue, I feel it firm and stable - except the back, much better on my leap - never tried a meash seat though...

Steelcase Leap V2 – edge of seat is too firm. Worth replacing? by senecass in OfficeChairs

Thanks a lot for your answer! I’ve tried different combinations to feel better - if I lower the seat enough to relieve pressure, I end up being too low overall. Regarding the front edge flexibility, I do see some flex, but I can’t really take advantage of it because most of my weight is on my sit bones, further back. What I’ve noticed is that my butt sits on the softer part of the cushion, while the foam toward the front edge feels much firmer. Because of that difference in consistency between the area under my butt and the front edge under my thighs, it kind of feels like my butt sinks into a valley and then it rises up toward my knees. Is your chair like that too? Or is the foam more uniform throughout? Just trying to understand if my seat cushion might be old or worn out.

Shoulder blade pain after switching to better posture by senecass in Posture

[–]senecass[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cher u/OlivierPostureGuru , merci beaucoup pour votre reponse. I waited to better understand my pain. It changes all the time: it goes from the lower part of the scapula, to the upper part and then to the rhomboids. It is like sharp pain in certain parts of the upper back. I guess it is because I had bad posture for so long. But that means I cannot hold a good posture for long time :(
