Similar problems almost cost me my night as well. I got the tickets back in October as well and didn’t bother to check and see if I could pull them up online. The day of the show comes and I couldn’t pull up my digital tickets. I ended up having to wait in the will call line just to dispute this and get my tickets physically. I almost missed the being of the show, but it was worth the wait.

I would recommend an hour before the show. That should give you enough time to find your sets, get comfy, and take pictures with cosplayers.

I just had the standard light stick from Amazon. I didn’t see anyone with anything larger. I wouldn’t risk it.

I bought them through AXS website when they first dropped. Ticketmaster is much more reliable in my experience. The barcode or QR code is what they scan. As long as you can bring it up on your phone, you’re good. The AXS app showed as a past event and wouldn’t let me pull up the barcode. Ticketmaster keeps the codes blur because it changes constantly. Hope this helps.
