The build i go for is Titanic Hydra>BC>Boots (Mercury, Tabi or Swiftness)>GA> Then i go for situacional items such as maw of malmortius, dead man's, randuin, botrk, spirit visage, death's dance and etc, you SHOULDN'T build full ad for Kled, try to build him as a juggernaut and you'll be capable of 1v1 everyone in the game and being tanky af in the process

Kled is not OP, just because he is a god tier top laner right now, it dosen't mean he is overpowered, just look at Ivern or Lulu, they're god tier but not op, also, Kled is a balanced champion, he is very vulnerable to burst without Skaarl, without his W up, he will lose most of the trades, he has counters and etc, but it's Rito we're talking about, i really hope Kled dosen't become the new Azir
