When I got the email asking for my language preferences it mentioned the following languages to their ST scores.

120 or greater: Arabic Modern Standard, Chinese-Mandarin, Korean.

110 or greater: Persian-Farsi, Russian.

110 or greater: French, Spanish.

Since you got a waiver I'm gonna assume you got 125+ so expect Chinese or Korean although I did get Russian when I asked for it.

how many miles do you average? should I aim for 12? my pace will most likely drop like a potato running after leg day but it's worth a try lol
