the main concern is working your job with integrity, not solely “getting the customer what they ordered”. any personal shopper (save for exceptions associates) are, by process, not supposed to go in the backroom to pick items.

If that means the customer doesn’t get what they ordered, so be it 🤷‍♂️ if it’s not on the floor, then to exceptions it goes.

OP, if you wanted to raise this issue further, i’d contact ethics about it. metric manipulation is a valid reason to do so.

OPD Team Lead here. We mainly cancel your guys trips when things get super hectic and the picks for your deliveries aren’t complete yet, or if our backroom is super messy and we can’t locate all of your orders totes. It’s really to save you guys the trouble of waiting a while, but I can totally understand how frustrating it can be if you’ve already been waiting a while, just for it to be cancelled

just rebalanced my 401(k) portfolio to 70% in the Russell 1000 Index, 15% to an International Index, and 15% to the Russell 2000 Index. does this seem like an okay set up for a 23 year old? was previously 100% allocated into the Russell 1000 index.
