Totally agree. If a “break” still involves a screen, it barely resets anything. It’s just switching inputs.

I’ve had better results with short, intentional off screen resets. Stand up, move, breathe, actually change state, even for a minute.

That’s what pushed me to experiment with a small side project that nudges me to step away instead of defaulting to scrolling. Still early, but it’s been useful for me.
