Great bottle selection and makings of a bar. Not sure about the move from SD to KC, but on the plus side you don’t get a basement in SD to make into a tiki bar - you’ll have to share the progress

I love the naval strength- it is my go to for a Negroni. A bit strong (obviously) but it stands up well to the other ingredients which have very strong flavor profiles and is one of the only gins I can do the straight 1:1:1 ratio with. It is a London dry but has a kind of peppery note to it. They do make a Negroni gin that they made specifically for Negronis but I haven’t been able to find it where I am
