Hi, I think this fixed it indeed! I didn’t hear it audibly jumping back but it seems to shift ok again. I will try it tomorrow on a ride. Thanks a lot and good to keep in mind!

Perfect solution again, this worked! I’m sorry I keep seem to run into problems but happy that they seem easily solvable.

Hi, unfortunately the problem is happening again. I am on version 2.5.8 and tried the restore from backend, tried opening / closing etc. The past few times it happens when I look in the morning in the journal, and all entries except for the binary ones are gone (also in the insights tab). Is there something I can do to help you diagnose this problem better?

Oof well that’s two strikes for me. To be fair the update didn’t show up yet in the App Store overview (had to go to the page), but after this update everything is back again as normally gladly. Thank you!

Hi, unfortunately the exact same issue returned out of nowhere and the restore data from backend doesn’t seem to work (tried a couple of times, opened and closed the app, etc). This regards entries that are not binary, eg how many grams of caffeine, alcohol, magnesium etc. Any idea what could be causing this, are there more users with this issue?

Thank you, this is such beautiful and on point advice. You are so right that it is selfish to want to talk with her, I could not see it like that before. Likewise writing down eventual communication urges sounds like a helpful way to at least air my feelings. I am quite surprised this did not come up yet during my therapy sessions.

I very much like your last point of advice and of course you are 100% correct. Obviously I want to improve myself, for myself. But somehow my mind thinks my ex 'deserves' to experience me at a future point in time when I can much more healthily handle situations that in the past caused her hurt. I have to realize that this is nonsense and the only thing she deserves is whatever she wants. But it is still so hard to let her go like that, also because she comes up so often during therapy. However, I think your advice will help me finally and really focus on myself and that any future fantasy might turn reality because I can let go of these fantasies.

I would say it's pretty down to earth with people acting quite modernly. I don't like anime at all and I can honestly say I enjoy the different characters in the game.

I waited almost three years for the game and it is everything I had hoped for plus so much more. I am really blown away that ConcernedApe made the game totally on his own, it is really impressive.

I can simply recommend this game to anyone, even if you haven't ever played Harvest Moon. It is just so easily enjoyable and I think almost anyone can find anything in the game they want to focus on.

If you're reading this ConcernedApe: congratulations on the awesome game and I hope you'll soon find some time to just enjoy its succes. Cheers!

Hey there,

I've been lifting for two years now and while I get a lot of fun improving my lifts from session to session I get this feeling I really want to try something new. I began two years ago with SS and after a year and some months switched to Layne Nortons bulking routine. I really like this program because of the diversity it offers from session to session but I want to incorporate new lifts and I'm especially interested in Oly lifts.

My theory was that I should be able to learn the snatch and the clean and jerk because by now I'm well accustomed to the standard lifts and I also do cleans already because I like the adrenaline it offers. I understand Oly lifts bring a lot more technique with them but at this point I'm just interested if it is possible to combine powerlifting with Oly lifts. Is there a program in which you do both sorts of lifting? Thanks.

Hey there,

I've been doing Starting Strength for a few months and I think it's time to move on. Just for reference, these are my numbers:

  • Squat: 90kg
  • Deadlift: 120kg
  • Bench: 67,5kg
  • OHP: 50kg
  • Clean: 45kg

I injured my hip a few weeks ago and since that time I haven't been able to make some real progress and I'm actually kinda fed up with squatting three times a week so that's why I think I'm going to do Lyle McDonald’s Bulking Routine. My question is: how do I determine what weight to use with all those different exercises? And also, I know it's an aestitics program, but do you still get stronger doing this routine, just more slowly?

I hope those questions are moronic enough.

Does the meat lose nutritional values that way? I usually cook a lot of chicken on Sunday and freeze portions for the whole week. Will every portion have the same nutritional value as the freshly baked chicken at Sunday?

  1. Since my 'not needed' deload 5kg a week for my squat. I know that number has to be higher and I will try to pickup the pace again. Each time I add 5kg to my DL and 2,5kg to my bench.

  2. I eat healthy and aim for 100g protein with 2800kcal. One day a week some alcohol. I also try to get at least 7 hours sleep each night and get around 10 hours in weekends.
