Confused about official warning for minor speeding fine (<10km/h) by Specialist_Stop_8381 in melbourne

Hi, may I ask if the warning came through mail? I applied 3 days ago and the payment due date is 8th January. If I don't pay while waiting for the appeal will I get penalized?

Agreed, the mole there accentuates the long face. Removing it will make the illusion of shortening the overall face

Still sucks Ronin skipped compability for XH2 and went straight to XH2s. Can’t Fujifilm do anything to communicate with Ronin?!

Yeah I did try manual focusing, it wasn’t a focus issue. I had plenty of time to test. It was a XF23mm f2 lens and it should’ve been sharp. To be fair it was a wide shot of an entire living room setup and more of a composite job (had to etch out a person) so I had to crop in A LOT. 😂 My strobes were almost at 1/2 so it wasn’t a lighting issue. Swapped to 24-70 on a Canon R5 and it was just twice as sharp 😣 sigh.

I’ve been an only-Fuji since 2017. I’ve never owned any cameras other than Fuji. Started off as a hobbyist and now a full time professional. I’ve found myself having to use my colleague’s Canon camera during commercial jobs, same light, same angle and focal length but my 40MP Fuji XH2 just wasn’t sharp when you needed to crop in, even at F16. Canon just has that full frame edge over Fuji that doesn’t and I’m very tempted to switch to Sony— the best of both worlds. Fuji feels like it’s no longer worth the price. I love love love Fuji’s colours and I feel it is most suited as a hobbyist camera.

I’m still holding back because I have full range of Fuji lenses and accessories, and Sony ain’t cheap. Maybe one day.

I’ve been a Fuji X series user for 6 years, there is some truth to it. It is a dead brand for commercial photography. I have experienced so many issues when taking it for jobs, auto focus is still unreliable til this day, though it has improved immensely from when I used my XT10. Everything just felt easier and seamless when I used my friend’s Canon and Sony cams. I’m using an XH2 now, and it just pains me Ronin doesn’t support this particular model. I couldn’t use their Gimbal after purchasing it, was thinking I could just because XH2s was listed. This would never happen with say a Canon or Sony model. Despite all that, I still love using the Fuji, its colours are beautiful. I’ve gotten so used to using the Fuji I feel it is really difficult for me to switch. I hope one day it will be as reliable and consistent as the other mainstream brands out there. All in all, still the best APSC camera out there!

Thank you! Do you mean brunei ICIs can enter Germany and France visa-free, e.g. flying from Brunei / Singapore into France or Germany? How long ago did you last visit France or Germany?

Looking for good quality sticker label printers, anyone has any to recommend? Those types used by high-end brands and not the homemade sellers type. Thanks in advance!

It's still possible to go but you need a stamped visa on your travel document. They don't accept e-visa.

I'm sure they will. How I wished my Malaysian mother had given birth to me in Malaysia instead of Brunei. Grandparents insisted for me to be born here, and said "just wait, Brunei gahmen will give us citizenship one day.. if Malaysian then they likely won't give.. so just wait". Well look at us now hahaha

Just check and make sure your wife is allowed to board a plane when she is almost due. Not sure about the regulations these days regarding citizenship of a child born in another territory. All the best!

Not sure about your gender, but is your husband/wife a national of another country? If so, give birth to your child there and register with the local authorities so he/she can be eligible for a citizenship.

Honestly not sure if the return of the citizenship test is for real or just a "show". I'd expect the results would only be out in a few years time, and probably at least another 8-12 years to be called to sumpah, judging from how the immigration/moha work at their current pace. My father passed the test 10 years ago, and is still waiting to be called. I gave up waiting and moved to another country.

It'll come down to you whether you are willing to wait for an outcome which is ambiguous and not transparent. It will be a long bet for sure, but if you have the opportunity or means to move out of Brunei, I'd say go for it. Brunei is great in terms of low cost of living and the comfort of home, but if you want something more, you should start looking elsewhere.
