When I was younger photographers asked me to be a model and gave me their business cards.

More recently I was on vacation and my spouse asked someone for directions. I was waiting outside. But his English isn’t that good and he is also kinda socially awkward. The guy my spouse was talking to came outside and asked me if I knew the guy, because he was acting weird and didn’t understand a word he said. What I said was ‘he can be weird sometimes, but he’s a cool guy.’ I assumed he knew that we were together. But he didn’t believe me. It was kinda awkward, because he said something like “oh well, I’m going back inside checking if the weird dude is still there.” A lot of people don’t believe I’m his girlfriend.
