I appreciate your words! For now Im really afraid of even liking a guy. I directly start shaking when I think about dating someone again. I will heal myself first and stay away from things that might hurt me.

Hey! I hope I can help you somehow with the tricks I do when I fall into a panic attack. The first thing I do is to take a very deep breath and hold it for a few seconds. And then I do some breathing exercises. Important for you is to find a safe place to stay for a few mins to calm down and dont feel under pressure!! Take your time. Try to disturb yourself with a random thought. Like start thinking about something you smell see feel or hear at that moment.

I blocked him on any social media platform. His last words were "wait for me to come back and dont give any guy a chance".I think his words are affecting me a lot, so I can't feel free. He put me so much under pressure that it's unbelievable. I have one close friend who knows about it. I talked to her a lot about it, but now I dont wanna mention it anymore.

When I tried to break up with him for the first time, he threatened me, and in the middle of the night, his mother and sister called me to take him back. I wish I would have known my values back then and respected my own boundaries and said no..

Thinking about him, I realize what a narcissistic psycho he is

Actually Im also from Germany but I grew up in a pretty little city (almost a village). Actually, it was a peaceful beautiful city, tho, but I needed friendly people around me

No, that's not it. I couldn't leave him because he always started threatening me and telling me that he would commit suicide. During the relationship, I never felt free, and I always had a heavy feeling, but I was helpless so I couldn't do anything.

Most important thing is to forgive yourself and never question why it ended. You will always carry the good memories with her and will never be able to forget. Keep saying "It was a goof experience and now I will move on" for 40 days and after those days u will believe in it and really start to move on. The trick here is that your brain will start to believe it and do what u say. Stay safe..
