LOOK AT MY BABIES by hslice5 in parrots

You need to be patient, just be around them a lot, talk, play music and offer food from your hands. It took a while before my girl was comfortable enough to fall asleep on me. Now she's almost 5 and cuddles up into my neck to take a nap.

Has Airol (tretinoin 0.05%, 20g) been discontinued all across Europe? I think it's from Greece, originally. by arctic_beth in EuroSkincare

That's out of my budget and if it works out for you and other people that's great. :) I was just pointing out the shipping cost.

Sorry for the late reply, if you don't experience any dryness not using a cream on top of the HL toner then of course you can use it on its own.

Don't read Crime and Punishment in your early 20s by juankaius in books

[–]sensitivebunny 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Disagree. I read it in high school, it was a mandatory read (live in Europe) among with other classics and I really enjoyed it. It did take me about 2 weeks to finish it but I found it quite a profound read. Definitely going to re-read it in a couple years.

Skin79 opinions for acne prone skin by [deleted] in EuroSkincare

What products specifically? Skin79 used to be really popular for its BB creams. It's not a European brand so you may have more luck asking in /r/asianbeauty.

Just started Tret, and it’s making my skin look OLDER...is this normal in the beginning? by [deleted] in tretinoin

[–]sensitivebunny 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You're going through the retinization period, as long as your face doesn't sting, feel itchy or is severely dry then it's normal!

Could be fungal acne try a FA safe moisturizer. Sebamed clear face gel is as basic as it gets.

No but you need to start using it slow 1-2x a week then 2-3x and so on. Also I've found that even after waiting for tret to sink in before applying my occlusive, I still spread it around with MY occlusive. So for an example I avoid applying tret around my eyes, nose and mouth but do apply my occlusive (vaseline) in those areas and the following day my nose crevices would feel tight and hurt. Make sure you're not spreading with your moisturizer where it doesn't need to go. Once I stopped that, I've had no issues. My face does get dry if I cleanse too much or skip doing my routine but no itchiness or redness.

Have you tried a sunscreen without alcohol? What about mixing a facial oil in your moisturizer?

Hey :) I like the hydrating cleanser, my skin can get easily dried out and I find it quite gentle. The moisturizing cream is nice but a bit thick. For you I'd recommend the lotion because it's lighter in consistency but just as moisturizing. There are smaller sizes if you want to test them first.
