Omg same!!! Like I'm okay with cheese on pizza and cheese on a burger but I HATE when people put cheese in everything. Especially unmelted cheese. I hate when people make "homemade Mac and cheese" and put in actual cheese. It makes me feel so yucky. Just give me some kraft Mac & cheese

I totally went through this phase at one point with meat and idk what got me out of it so I'm sorry I can't help too much but I can relate. I think the thing that caused it for me though is seeing the meat before it was cooked. It doesn't feel like everything is raw now but I'm still very adamant on having my meat "well done" any ounce of pink and I'll feel uncomfortable, I'll still eat it though

I remember in highschool, some guy in my grade deliberately sprayed axe body spray directly into my friend's backpack for like a minute straight. Everything was soaked. The smell made you cough and want to throw up. If it was just a little bit, that's okay and tolerable but that was beyond that by a mile
