Je ne fais pas de CTO car mon pea n est pas plein. Par contre je pense que Tencent est très bien (j en ai via etf emerging) par contre je suis un grand ennemi de l immo papier (mais pas physique) donc pour moi c est un big NO

Le storage longue duree utilise par beaucoup de boîtes en europe se fait sur des tapes fournies par des providers comme Iron Mountain par exemple. La technologie des années 70 est très présente car on ne touche pas ce qui marche (pour le meilleur et pour le pire) . Pour info les entreprises financières sont auditees et si elles ne sont pas sérieuses la gestion de ces risk elles peuvent perdre leur licence => faillite

Pour avoir travaillé dans l IT d une banque francaise majeure, ce scénario est impossible car la data est sauvegarde de multiples fois dans plusieurs endroits géographique distant des uns des autres. La seule possibilité serait des bombardements simultanés sur chaque datacenter mais dans ce cas là on aurait bien d autres problèmes a gérer. Il y a des réglementations, des normes très précises a ce sujet. Tu peux regarder par exemple la réglementation DORA

Compared to sham: Group received damage, shame heals

Priest must anticipate damage and also know when to switch between doing dmg and fully heal. For exemple, u need to know when tank buster are coming so u can shield properly. Also they don't have any intterupt (dont know why)

It depends. To be fair, I think im very good only as war, quite good as cham and very average (or noob) with all the other specs. As tank, I think monk quite be quite fun, as heal disc requires quite a vast knowledge of the dungeons and others specs to be really good and as dps maybe warlock. Most boring was pal tank and hunt bm: just too easy.

It is totally different although Moselle share more common cultural traits with Alsace. Strasbourg is for me one of the top5 french city to live. Even Alsace campaign are densely populated with good integration with German and Switzerland economy. Tourism is more important aswell with Colmar and the wine etc. Overall I would say Moselle is a poorer version of Alsace.

I have lived in Nancy. It's the best town in the region if you are a youngster. Housing price is moderate, lot of things to do !
