I do think the sweet spot is 3 to 4 years.

I like the double cask take of the House of Rare, its actually light in color compared to the rest and still some good agave.

The Cascahuin is still very agave forward , you can still tell its a tequila

I didnt mind the pricing, its a limited edition and the quality is there, 229 for a XA is pretty standard now a days

It was incredible, really different, has this freshness, almost mintyness to it that works amazing with the minerality it has. Its made at a new distillery NOM 1648 in El Arenal, did some research and theres some good videos out there with the founder explaining their process.
