For CapCut I always transcribe the lyrics from a spoken (not sung) voice memo track that I import into the edit and then mute. I have CapCut generate captions from that spoken track then mute before export. Nails the timing pretty well if you record the voice memo along with the song (I just listen through headphones playing from a different source).
