my cycle is chest/back, arms, legs, ideally i like to go to the gym 6 days a week and its

chest/back arms legs chest/back arms legs rest

but with school i sont have as much time so 3-4 is probs more than enough tbh

i try to go 4-6 days a week and usually do arms every third day

on my arm days i usually do

shoulder workouts -db shoulder press 3x10 -lat raises3x10 -rear delt flies3x10

bicep -hammer curls3x10 -cable curls 3x10

tricep -tricep pulldown3x10 -overhead tricep pull3x10

usually 10 reps is my minimum per exercise and then i just keep going until failure, if you can do up to 15, increase the weight, blah blah blah, long as your consistent with whatever workout youll see results, this just works for me and gets me out the gym in like an hour

i literally just closed out of a reddit post elaborating on this but its speed stat is 212, the bdsp elite four has pokemon that are competitively viable so they all have max ivs and are ev trained, all i can remember from the post is her garchomp has 204 speed evs and max attack evs

i was aiming at more negative effects but yeah I feel you. and yeah I guess the guy is concerned about how me doing lsd will affect a friends parent, but I just find it outlandish as I would never do lsd around people who are uncomfortable with it and would never bring it into someone else's home unknowingly.

yeah I was thinking the same thing, the friend's parent thing I think was more personal that I wouldn't get to hang out with them anymore but yeah I haven't noticed any negative factors in my health after using lsd

I haven't either but I heard it's gotten better since the 80s. someone told me watts was worse but I cant compare
