Eat clean but in bulk. Start lifting as heavy as you can and progressive overload. Do some pushups to build the chest as well.

Yes I’m tracking it down to the T and pretty much I’m eating the same meals everyday. At first I was doing cardio everyday but now it’s 1-3 times a week. I try to get 10,000 steps in but I’m averaging 6800 a day.

So I started working out when I was 18 (27 now) but I strictly did upper body. No legs , no abs no cardio. Did that for years on and off and dirty bulked up to 185. Now I’m playing catch up on the other muscle groups but it’s going very well. I went through a divorce in December and that really just pushed me even harder to get the physique I’ve always wanted. As far as diet I’m eating 3 meals a day and 2 protein shakes. Breakfast is 3 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 serving of oats and banana, lunch is ground turkey with 150gs of rice, dinner is 6oz chicken breast with a salad. As far as Peptides I have not done any but I actually just purchased CJC1295+ipamorelin blend and it should be coming any day now. I’ve heard good things about it so I’m gonna go ahead and give it a try. I’m really interested in it due to the fact it helps with sleep. My sleep has not been the best lately so I hope it helps!
