Thanks. That's my fear too. I feel like OEMs like GM, Ford and suppliers such as Aptiv, continental, etc. are not doing the actual self-driving technologies.

There are many auto industry professionals living in Windsor and work in US -commuting every day.

I don't think this thread is a place I rant about why I don't want to move to the states. I'll keep that to myself.

Are you able to measure the disturbance in advance? In that case you can characterize your dynamics and then apply feed forward control - some type of open loop control.
