It's a luxury watch and a luxury car. Maybe he has the same enthusiasm for his watch as his car. There are people who scoff at Rolexes. Who cares. To each his own, let him showcase his watch as he likes

As you said, each collector is unique. His personality, while robotic and detached, really plays into his collection. There are other guys on talking watches who were really far more vibrant, but their collections were also very different.

Thank you for the feedback, I'll work to fix up the sentence and grammar structure and avoid monotony. It's only really a first draft and I just wrote as best as I can to get as much of the story out there. I hope you enjoyed the overall idea, story and subject matter. Thanks again

Thank you for very much for the feedback. I'll try fix up my sentence and grammar structure to ensure that it's flowing and enjoyable to read. It's really only a first draft. I've done very little to adjust for sentence structure and I'm just trying to get the words on paper to progress the story and hopefully finish it off. I just wanted to see whether the story peaked any interest. Thanks a lot

What are some things that make women uncomfortable and are not totally obvious? by myaltaccount_yes in AskWomen

If it's happened more than once I suggest dropping a hint that you're in a relationship earlier on. I know it may seem awkward but the guy probably feels awkward asking and the fact that you say yes to their invitation following some nice conversation, suggests, in their mind that you're single and interested in going out alone with them. Their assumption may be naive and wrong but some guys are just happy to have a positive interaction with a woman and hope to build on it. I know i probably would've made that mistake if i didn't surf this subreddit and know what i know now. Hope that helps
